The evening features entertainment from a saxophonist and some of Oslo’s best DJs, ensuring an incredible vibe throughout the night. With a festively decorated restaurant, this will be a New Year's celebration to remember!

• Halibut carpaccio - Sea buckthorn, ponzu sauce & herbs from Grow Hub
• Turbot - Fennel, spinach & smoked mussel sauce
• Beef tenderloin - Celery, pommes Anna, red wine sauce with bone marrow
• Chocolate fudge - Gingerbread crumble, sea buckthorn sorbet
