The evening features entertainment from a saxophonist and some of Oslo’s best DJs, ensuring an incredible vibe throughout the night. With a festively decorated restaurant, this will be a New Year's celebration to remember!

The menu for the evening:

Lightly Smoked and Cured Halibut
Buttermilk with horseradish, pickled jalapeño, compressed cucumber with dill.
Crispy rice cracker with herb powder and herbs from GrowHub, topped with dill.

Beef Tenderloin
Cream of grilled celeriac, Pommes Anna, baked and caramelized onion, red wine jus infused with bone marrow, crispy kale.

Chocolate Dome
With crunchy vegan crumble and feuilletine, golden Peta Crispy, white chocolate anglaise, passion fruit gelée, raspberry sorbet, and raspberry gelée.
