Our new summer menu is a celebration of the season's finest Nordic ingredients, elevated with bold flavours and refined techniques. Discover dishes like marinated kingfish, lightly grilled asparagus with fermented celeriac, Arctic char from Sigerfjord, spice rubbed veal sirloin from Gudbrandsdalen, and indulgent desserts featuring rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, and roasted pineapple.
